2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Images are for illustrative purposes.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed via email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Shipping
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days (Ireland/EU). Express: 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over €40. International shipping rates and times vary by destination. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact hello@trymaklu.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
